Issue 2503: iGoogle displays in one huge column

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to google.com
2. Sign in using a google/gmail username.
3. Click iGoogle on the upper right.
What is the expected result?
iGoogle shows all the windows (e-mail, weather, news, etc.) in one giant
column on the left. It will not allow me to separate them into different
sections such as middle and right side.
What happens instead?
iGoogle shows all the windows (e-mail, weather, news, etc.) in one giant
column on the left. It will not allow me to separate them into different
sections such as middle and right side.

possible.
