Issue 2529: For pdf files, tab text must be something other than 'untitled'

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Enter all of these links in the browser, one in each tab

What is the expected result?
The text for each tab should be the full link or maybe the name of the pdf
file.

What happens instead?
All tabs have text as 'Untitled' or 'Loading'. This makes navigation very
difficult if many such files are opened in different tabs.
