Issue 2532: Chrome windows do not obey Tile Windows Horizontally and

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open some Chrome windows and other application windows
2. Right click an empty area from the taskbar and select Tile Windows
Horizontally or Tile Windows Vertically
What is the expected result?
All open windows on the Windows desktop will be equally resized to display
either horizontally or vertically
What happens instead?
The Chrome windows are not resized and remain at their previous sizes and
locations.
