What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run chrome with magic browzR frames enabled. I'm testing r2355.
2. Resize the browser window
3. Watch the lower right hand corner
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You should not see the stock windows resize corner flickering into view.
This is a regression.
