Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US) AppleWebKit/525.13 (KHTML,
like Gecko) Chrome/0.2.149.29 Safari/525.13
URLs (if applicable) : local development
Other browsers tested:
      Safari 3: OK
           FF2: OK
     Firefox 3: OK
          IE 7: OK
          IE 6: OK
    Opera 9.51: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create empty HTML
2. create DIV1 element 100x100
3. create DIV2 cover for DIV1
4. div.style.display = none
5. create DIV3 300x300 after DIV2
6. put onemouseover event (example: change bg to random color)

What is the expected result?
normal mouse over :)

What happens instead?
onmouseover works only in area where DIV1 not exist

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
In process of developing colorPicker I've note this thing. If will be
needed -- contact me, I've send the source code and steps to reproduce.
