Issue 2557: Forms can not be seen correctly

By the way, my os is still Windows XP SP3.
I opened several websites. The sites asked for Java installation and Flash.
I allow
them to install. After sometimes, I tried to go back to the previous
page/URL above.
It seems the box forms look okay.
