Issue 2588: Notification to upgrade browser when sign in to www.hotmail.com

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected result?
I expect that the GChrome could open the www.hotmail.com without any
notification, means that GChrome is already updated and could run any web
mail, especialy Hotmail, eventough I seldom open Hotmail. I attach the
screenshot.
What happens instead?
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
