What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open http://www.ebay.in/ in Chrome browser
2. The rectangular box around Hot deals not rendered properly
3. Please see attachment for reference
What is the expected result?
The rectangular block should be displayed.
What happens instead?
It is not displaying properly the rectangular box.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
