Issue 2624: Importing Bookmarks cause duplicate bookmark entry

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a previous Chromium install with bookmarks
2. Remove it
3. Download version (0.2.153.0 (Developer Build 2437))
4. Have it installed on your system with import bookmark
If you import the bookmarks from the same source of the previous install it
will duplicate the bookmarks on the new version.
What is the expected result?
What happens instead?
