Issue 2760: History entries disappear when History tab dragged out of window

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open History tab.
2. Drag History tab, drop on desktop (NOT on another Chrome window).
What is the expected output?
History should be displayed normally.
What do you see instead?
The History page is blank after it is dropped.
If the History tab is dragged and dropped on the original or a different
Chrome window, the History entries are again visible.
