Issue 2762: printing - last line sometimes cutoff, then repeated on next

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Print the page
What is the expected result?
No cutting off, or repetition of lines
What happens instead?
Sometimes cuts off then repeats the cut off line
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
When printing some documents, sometimes the last line on some (but not all
of the pages
is cut off, such that only the top half of the letters are visible.
The line of text is then re-printed in full as the first line on the next
page - fully
visible !
An example of an offending URL is ;
http://www.austlii.edu.au/au/cases/cth/HCA/1995/43.html
cuts off on pages 2,3,5 out of 12.
This case http://www.austlii.edu.au/au/cases/cth/HCA/1997/20.html ,
similarly gets cut off on pages 3,4,9,10,11,14,15,28,33 out of 38
This bug occurs on these pages when sent to a Lanier 5245 PCL 6
printer as well as an EPSON AL-CX11 - so it's not a printer dependent
bug.

the last line on page 6 of 12 is partially cutoff (the bottom of
characters) and then repeated in full at the top of page 7.
