Issue 2791: semitransparent .png files is not shown correctly

Other browsers tested:
      Safari 3: Not tested
     Firefox 3: OK
          IE 7: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create an account on startforce.com
2. change to "evolution" theme

Expected result:
the "window" frame should look ok


What happens instead?
The window frames shadow is white


Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

I think startforce uses a semitransparent png, and chrome cant show it  
correct.
