The characters in question are U+21E6 .. U+21E9 (white arrows), U+21F1,
U+21F2, etc.
It may have come from Arial Unicode MS. None of fonts in 'out-of-the box
Win XP (en-
US) might support them.
I wonder if these characters are really necessary in those tests. They seem
to make
those tests less robust (subject to the font availability) than necessary.
If we really want to test with them, I think we'd better make our own 'Pan
Unicode
font' and distribute it with Chrome.
