[Steps]
1 Launch Chrome
2 Type keyword "上地" in the Ominibox
3 Copy the URL in Ominibox
   >>http://www.google.com/search?ie=UTF-8&q=上地
4 Paste it into IE7
5 Observe

[Result]
Non-ASCII character "上地" corrupt in Google search box after pasted into  
IE7

[Expected]
Correct search result should be displayed in IE7

[Notes]
The result after pasted it into Firefox3 and Firefox2 is different
according to which language is selected for "Language for non-Unicode
programs" in control panel
