What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Navigate to any webpage.
2. Ctrl+D to get the Bookmark bubble.
3. Do tabbing to get keyboard focus on "Edit" button.
4. Hit "Return" key.
What is the expected output?
"Edit Bookmark" dlg should be displayed.
What do you see instead?
The bookmark bubble is closed.
Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
The works fine for Space Bar.
