What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just moving tabs around.

What is the expected result?
Nothing
What happens instead?
A tab closes and the space where the tab closes becomes blank and other
tabs cannot move to that area.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
