What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Down with the mouse's scroll

What is the expected result?
Can navegate to Page's Top again with the mouse's scroll
What happens instead?
It can't go to the Top of the Page again with the mouse's scroll
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
In Spanish:
Cuando se está navegando por cualquier página web, la rueda del mouse es
muy utilizada para navegar, pero cuando se baja en la página, no se puede
volver al principio ni a una parte anterior de la página con la rueda. Hay
alternativas obviamente, pero para comodidad de la navegación es mejor la
rueda del mouse.
