Issue 2960: V8 doesn't pass line number to callback functions

The Console class has a set of methods that need access to the current
script line number. Once V8 passes this information to its C++ callback
functions, this can be fixed.
Once it is, this layout test can re-enabled:
LayoutTests/fast/dom/Window/console-functions.html
