The new frames code (MagicBrowzr) was made non-default recently since there
were
other bugs we wanted to fix before making it as default. It will be turned
on by
default soon at which time this issue will not happen any more.
As of now, if you add a --magic_browzR command line flag while launching
Chromium,
you won't see this issue.
