about this. He pioneered this approach to Ajax history management with  
Really Simple
History, which also suffers because of this bug:

To reiterate comment 7, this is not autofill, but persistence of form field  
values
within a session. All other modern browsers allow you to partially fill a  
form,
depart to another site, and use the back button to return to the original  
site - all
without losing the values in the partially filled out form on the original  
site. The
browser itself retains state on unsubmitted forms. If the express intent of  
the
Chrome team is to play nice with expectations set by other modern browsers,  
this one
definitely shouldn't be a will-not-fix.
