To Jacob:  You can make it work with Chrome and IE7 if you switch your  
default system
locale to Simplified Chinese (assuming that you mainly visit English and  
Simplified
Chinese web sites). I forgot the detailed step to do in Vista (and my Vista  
vm is not
working at the moment.). It must be somewhere in Control Panel -  
Languages(?)
