What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open page with text input fields
2. Type text or select text with mouse
What is the expected result?
Input field is updated immediately
What happens instead?
Sometimes input field does not respond for some short time - typed
characters don't show, selection does not work. After it wakes up - it
quickly displays previously typed characters.
