Issue 3083: marquee in-between two nested tables is causing the layout issue
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=3083

Comment #1 by [EMAIL PROTECTED]:
marquee in between two nested tables is causing the issue. IE7 and FF3
takes the
width of the outer table where as Chrome/Safari takes the width of the
inner table.
