On Windows XP, I get Error 110 (net::ERR_SSL_CLIENT_AUTH_CERT_NEEDED).
I get Error 107 (net::ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR) on Windows Vista. The
different error codes are due to Google Chrome's trying one more thing
before failing on Windows Vista.
This bug is a duplicate of one of the bugs on SSL client authentication
(issue 166 and issue 318). Google Chrome doesn't support SSL client
authentication yet.
