Issue 3155: support for rss link tags in html headers
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=3155

New issue report by cyberdog3k:
Product Version      : 0.2.149.30

Other browsers tested:
   Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 3: ?
     Firefox 3: OK
          IE 7: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to a website with an RSS link header (i.e. <link rel="alternate"
href="http://www.fark.com/fark.rss"; type="application/rss+xml"
title="Fark.com RSS">).

What is the expected result?
The browser will make the user aware that there is an RSS feed available
via some visual element (usually an icon in either the status or url bars).
IE, FireFox, and Opera have all had this functionality for some time now.

What happens instead?
There is no indication (that I'm aware of) that the page offers an RSS
feed.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
This may sound like a minor feature, but I find myself missing it greatly.
The fact that all other major browsers on Windows support it should really
say something as well.
