Steps:
1. Launch Chrome
2. Go to http://www.w3.org/International/tests/test-rlo-blocks
3. Observe the "bidi-override" section
Result:
The text direction in the first line and third line is still from left to
right
Expected:
The text direction should be from right to left since "unicode-bidi:
bidi-override" property specified
