Issue 3200: Text box rendering behaves more like IE6 than Safari/FF2/3, and

URLs (if applicable) : zivity.com
Other browsers tested: IE6/7, FF3/2, Safari, Chrome
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari 3: OK
Firefox 3: OK
IE 7: FAIL
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load zivity.com
2. At the bottom of the page, click on "Share Zivity with friends.."
3. profit!
What is the expected result?
Page should display two text entry fields on the left, and one field on
the right
What happens instead?

The text box renders smaller with a scroll bar- making it more like IE6
than like FF3 or Safari.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
