What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Chrome.
2. Create some bookmarks.
3. Try and go to a bookmark without clicking Settings->Always show bookmark
bar.

What is the expected result?
It is possible!
What happens instead?
Not possible!
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Searching bookmarks from Omnibox is temperamental. Not sure why some are
found and others are not.
