Works for me using Chrome 0.2.149.30 and 0.3.154.0 (Official Build 2776).
Regarding other browsers: Safari 3 - OK, Opera 9 - OK
I am able to see the sign-in page fine with all these browsers (see attached
screenshot). I never got an Error 2 net::ERR_FAILED.
Side note: You actually get this error
Set3Page.spoolJsp(): exception processing file /views/login.as400.jsp :
javax.servlet.ServletException
when going to that webpage for the first time (when your browser does not
have any
cookies for that webpage). But after a Refresh or going to that page
again, you
properly see the sign-in page.
