Just tested with the build 154 and the issue seems not fixed.

By changing the affinity of the running Firefox (to just one cpu core, and  
with flash
video playing), instantly chrome flash playback becomes very very bad. By  
changing
Firefox affinity back to both cpu's core, it becomes better.
