Issue 3233: RTL: Wrong URL showing on Javascript pop up window

Other Browsers:
Safari: Not RTL at all
Firefox3: OK
IE7: Didn't show URL
Steps:
1. Run Arabic Chrome on Arabic XP
2. Go to http://www.w3.org/International/tests/test-rtl-chrome-4
3. Click any "Click me" button on this page
4. Observe
Result:
The URL showing on the pop up window is wrong, the last slash jumps to the
beginning of the URL
Expected:
Should be at the end of the URL
