What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the attached page.

What is the expected result?
The 3 links named "top" should have the link styles applied.
What happens instead?
2 of the 3 links named "top" have their first letter rendered as if they
where a h1 tag.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Look at the screenshot.
This bug is probably related with 3240.
