Thank you for the version info. I can reproduce the problem on
Windows Vista, too. Our WinHttpSendRequest call is failing with
the SEC_E_ALGORITHM_MISMATCH error (0x80090331). I will need to
look at the SSL packet trace to understand what that error means
in this context, and how we should handle it.
