I'm not able to reproduce this in Chrome 0.2.149.30 and Flash 9.0.124. When
right-
clicking on the red links and selecting "Open in new window", it opens in a
new tab
(which is the expected behavior.)
This may be an issue in 0.2.149.29. Please update your version of Chrome
to the most
recent version and try this site again. You can update by clicking
the "wrench" menu
-> "About Google Chrome" -> update info should be at the bottom of the
popup.
If you update to the latest version, and you are still seeing this issue,
please add
the steps you took to reproduce this issue to issue 2472.
