Comment #4 by bksening: Comment 1 is totally right. It is reproducible everytime from Chrome 0.3.154.0 (Official Build 2776). See my attached screenshot that corresponds to the repro steps: 1. Launch Chrome with --magic_browzR flag. -> right-click taskbar and notice NO Task Manager 2. Right click on title bar and close the context menu. -> title bar HAS Task Manager 3. Right click on task bar. You will notice the "Task Manager" menu item in the tray context menu. Also: Step (2) can be substituted with the following: Click the "Show Desktop" taskbar button or WindowsKey+M (ie. Minimize All) and then restore the Chrome window. Please reopen this bug and fix.
