Steps:
1. Launch Chrome
2. Go to http://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ȧ
3. Observe URL in the Ominibox
Result:
Latin Extended-B character Ȧ showing as box in URL
Expected:
Original character showing
Notes:
OK for Latin Extended-A character
