Steps:
1. Run Simplified Chinese Chrome
2. Go to picasaweb.google.com
3. Sign in using below account
>>User name: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
>>Password: 10102008
4. Click "People" tab
5. Click "Add name tags" button
6. Click "Album" drop down list
7. Observe
Result:
Non-ASCII Album name showing as garbage
Expected:
Correct non-ASCII album name should display
Notes:
OK if change Chrome UI language to English under same environment
