Issue 3263: SSL error: MIT CA doesn't seem to work in Chrome http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=3263
Comment #3 by [EMAIL PROTECTED]: Hi Nikhil, Google Chrome doesn't support SSL client authentication yet. Right now Google Chrome only works with servers that request but *don't require* SSL client authentication, and only on Windows XP SP3 or Vista. This is why the first URL you mentioned redirected you to a login page as if you didn't have a client certificate when you tried on XP SP3. The second URL you mentioned requires a client certificate, so Google Chrome is expected to fail. We have plans to implement support for SSL client authentication soon. Until then, I'm sorry that you'll need to use other browsers to access the websites that require SSL client authentication. -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
