Can you send me a System Information file (NFO file) about your computer? 1) Go to Start \ Programs \ Accessories \ System Tools \ System Information. 2) Click File \ Save (and select a name for the file) 3) Email this information to my email account. Analysis of the dump file reveals the information below.
