This page declared charset as "windows-1255" in meta tag, but the default
encoding
highlighted in Chrome is "ISO-8859-1".
Firefox3 is the same as Chrome, IE7 highlights "Hebrew (windows)" as it
should be.
The issue that no changes after select different Hebrew encodings is
because of issue
3315.
