Issue 3374: Regression: Paint issues with window management controls

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Chrome with --magic_browzR option enabled.
2. Navigate to any webpage page (Eg: google home page)
3. Double click on the title bar or click on Window management control to
maximize the Chrome browser window.
What is the expected output?
The Browser window should be maximized.
What do you see instead?
The browser window is badly efffected by paint issues.
