Issue 3403: Buttons does not get focus when selected using TAB

Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari 3:
Firefox 3: OK
IE 7: OK
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to http://www.google.com
2. Type some word to search
3. Then press TAB.
What is the expected result?
Google Search button must be visible as if it is selected or focussed
What happens instead?
Google Search button does not look like it is selected or focussed though
it is selected or focussed
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Actually all the buttons are getting selected when focussed through TAB.
But it would look better if it shows some dots around the button to confirm
that it is selected or focussed. I am attaching a screen shot taken from
Mozilla which shows a button being selected or focussed
