Issue 3431: Drag & drop javascript link to Windows desktop http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=3431
New issue report by [EMAIL PROTECTED]: What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Navigate to http://www.corp.google.com/~mberkowitz/jslink.htm 2. Drag the link and drop it on the Windows desktop. 3. Double-click the dropped icon. FF: Allows drag & drop. IE: Does not allow drag & drop from Internet zone. I wanted to draw attention to this in case it poses a security risk. Chrome allows a javascript link to be dragged from the Internet zone and executed on the desktop. Once there, it may be executed by a different browser or program other than Chrome when double-clicked.
