Issue 3435: Layout test failure somewhere in http/tests/navigation when
using --new-http

This isn't easily reproducible; there must be something going wrong that
affects the state of subsequent tests.
If I run all the layout tests, it fails on:
LayoutTests/http/tests/navigation/relativeanchor-frames.html
However if I run this test in isolation, it passes.
If I run all the tests in the containing folder,
LayoutTests/http/tests/navigation/*, then it instead fails on:
LayoutTests/http/tests/navigation/restore-form-state-https.html
Likewise, this test passes in isolation.
Haven't isolated it well: can only repro the failure when running 53 other
tests.
