What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Trying to download Google Chrome

What is the expected result?
To download Google Chrome
What happens instead?
An error screen pops up that says -
"Installation failed. Component ChromeGears failed to install. Detailed
message: The installer encountered error 1603: Fatal error during
installation."
The "Help me fix this" text-link would not function either.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
