Looks like that the "unsupported browser" is an evangelism issue.
As for the plugin issue, do you know what plugin the page is using, i.e.
flash? Is
the plugin displaying in IE (or other browsers)? If the page is using any
of our
supported plugins, you should get a "Get plugin" link or "Install Plugin"
button on
top of the page to install the missing plugin.
