Issue 3444: Chrome uses much more CPU than IE when browsing page containing
flash images with high refresh rate

Comment #2 by phnixwxz:
I just tried version 0.3.154.3. The UI is no longer blocked by plugin
redraws, even I open
many tabs of news.sina.com.cn. Thanks!
However, I still see much higher CPU usage than that of IE.
Here are some details ("10 new tabs" means opening 10 tabs by clicking the
first 10 links in
news.sina.com.cn page. The range numbers may cover 90% of the observed
time):
news.sina.com.cn only | 10 news tabs
========================================================
Page visible | page invisible | Tabs invisible
========================================================
IE 7 < 10 | < 3 | <5 in 60% time, >40 occasionally
Chrome 15~70 | 10~60 | 25~70
The CPU usage of Chrome is (browser + related tabs + flash plugin).
The CPU usage of IE is sum of all IE processes.
