Issue 3566: small and untweakable startpage on widescreen
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=3566

New issue report by zhazhenzhong:
Chrome Version : all
URLs (if applicable) : chrome-internal/start page
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 3:
     Firefox 3:OK
Opera:OK, you can set it to 3x5=15 thumbnails to fill the screen
up.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. get a 16:10 widescreen LCD
2. open chrome with default homepage

What is the expected result?
there should be a way for the user to set more thumbnails or history
records or searches so that the blank area can be put into better use.

What happens instead?
two blank strips laying on each side,
the wider screen becomes of no advantage.
and there is no way to change the empty look.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
