What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open web page which results in scroll bar appearing on left side of
browser
2. Scroll up or down using synaptics touchpad
3.
What is the expected result?
movement of page up or down
What happens instead?
No movement of page.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Although this issue was reported as fixed it still exists for me.
It DOES NOT work on web pages although it DOES work on chrome history page
itself.For this the Mouse pointer skips to scroll bar during the scroll
movement.
