The reason this is hard to repro is that the window being maximized must be
the same
exact size as the maximized size. This is achieved usually by maximizing a
window,
dragging a tab out (it will get the maximized size, but be restored) and
then
maximize that window. Some size notification isn't received for this
operation and
the window contents are never repositioned.
